Welcome to VidTower, an Over-The-Top (OTT) media streaming platform that provides access to movies, TV shows, web series, and other digital content. By downloading, installing, or using the VidTower application or website (“App”), you agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VidTower, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

VidTower grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the App on a personal device.
Stream and view content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not sublicense, distribute, or exploit the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Eligibility

To use VidTower, you must:

Be at least 13 years old (or older, depending on your local laws).
Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are under 18, you affirm that you have parental or guardian permission to use the App.

4. User Account and Subscription

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles will be provided at the point of sign-up and may be updated at any time with prior notice.

5. Content Usage and Restrictions

All content on VidTower, including video, audio, images, and metadata, is owned or licensed by VidTower and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Download or record content unless explicitly allowed.
- Circumvent DRM or geographic restrictions.
- Use the service in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use automated tools or bots to access the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software.
Upload or transmit malware or harmful code.
Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior on the platform.

7. Modifications and Termination

VidTower reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.
Terminate or suspend your account for violations of this EULA or applicable laws.

8. Privacy Policy

By using VidTower, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” VidTower makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

Fitness for a particular purpose.
Compatibility or uninterrupted service.
Accuracy or reliability of content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidTower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the App.
Content inaccuracies or loss of data.
Unauthorized access to user data or account.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VidTower, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the App or breach of this EULA.

12. Governing Law

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through:
